Tube Specifications: Utilizes heavy-duty pipes with a thickness of 2.5 mm. The structural design combines 100 x 50 mm rectangular tubes with 50 mm round pipes.

Welding Technology: Joints are secured using CO2/MIG Welding. This technology provides extra strength to ensure the joints do not snap under heavy weight.

Surface Finish: The exterior features a Powder-coated and UV-resistant paint finish. This creates a weather-resistant, anti-corrosive surface to withstand rain and direct sunlight.

Grips & Pedals: Equipped with Rubber-coated steel ergonomic curved grips for the hands and Non-slip foot pedals to ensure safety and stability during exercise.

Materials Avoided (What is NOT used):

Light-Gauge Metals: Thin or lightweight metals are completely avoided because the machine is designed to hold a Max Loading Capacity of 180 Kg and support 2-3 users simultaneously.

Standard Liquid Paint: Regular liquid paint chips easily and leads to rust outdoors. Only baked-on, weather-resistant powder coating is used.

High-Maintenance Components: Exposed mechanical parts like chains or open gears that require daily oiling are excluded. The equipment is designed for minimal maintenance, requiring only periodic lubrication of enclosed bearings.
